Shipping is Free for orders over $100 (excluding tax and shipping), shipping to the lower 48 continental United States.
Free shipping will utilize either USPS or FedEx, whichever is cheaper. See typical transit time map for FedEx and USPS Priority Mail below, but note these are NOT guaranteed.
We ship from our Denver, CO warehouse.
If you ordered more than one item, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays). Orders received by 1p MST and in which all product is in stock, are normally, but not guaranteed, to ship the same business day.

- You can return items per our Warranty.
How do I request a return?
- If you registered for an account when you ordered, you can submit a return request online. To do so:
  - login to your account
  - click the My Account link
  - click Orders
  - you should see a "Return Item(s)" button next to any of your "Completed" orders
  - choose the reason for the return request, desired result, and some additional info in the comments section then click "Submit Return Request" button.
