Extreme LED has a fantastic sales and support staff that processed my order (and my return) very quickly. Everyone was helpful and sorry to hear that the light wouldn't work for me. I would do business with them again! | I bought this light with the intention of installing it on my roof rack. I know that mounting lights on the roofline comes with the risk of producing too much glare on the hood, but I decided to try due to its description as a spot pattern. However, the optics on this bar seem way too scattered to be a true narrow-angle spot. They are simply LED chips with shallow reflector cones mounted over them. I had to aim the light way too high in order to reduce hood glare to an acceptable level, making this bar less useful than I hoped. The amber end lights also didn't seem to contribute much brightness, even when used by themselves- they don't produce much "fill light" like I hoped that they would. When the center section is on, you can hardly see the ambers at all. Finally, the faceplate covers seem to be made of a phenolic style plastic, which is fine but they appear to distort a lot during assembly when looking at the bar from the side. They may be sturdy but it gives the light a cheap look.

At least the lights in the center section are bright, but I would call the overall beam pattern disorganized. While it has a lot of output, I'm not sure it's very usable for anything other than a vague flood of light. And the BRIGHT white glare on the hood meant that my eyes were being dazzled unnecessarily, reducing the utility of the light where I wanted.

Overall, the X6S bar appears to be a stout, compact, and inexpensive light bar option; but it would not work for my application. I care much more about how the lights will work than how they'll look on instagram.

Harness is a bit bulky for running down A-pillar but would not keep me from purchasing again! Light bar itself is a solid product!

It was ok | The lack of installation directions is frustrating. Social media or YouTube videos showing installation would greatly help. Also more than 4 lines of directions on the site would be great as well. Overall the light bar seems very sturdy and high quality.

It took a little too long to get my lightbar out. My Sherpa order was delayed 3 weeks past the lead time, and my light bar still got here AFTER my rack. | Expensive, but mega bright. I love the amber function in fog and dust on the trails!

Ordered through uptop with my rack.  showed up in a timely manner | 38 in slim Extreme Light bar turned out awesome on my uptop overland rack install. Nice that you can wire the ambers seperate from the white leds.  Hacked the harness because i am running a switchpro 9100.

Fast service | No complaints

High quality led light bar. Housing, glass, and look are amazing, the wiring, not so much. It’s too bad that these come wrapped in a loose wire sleeve that makes any install look amateur at best. A lot of light bars get mounted to roof racks and this oversized wire protection doesn’t fit in weather stripping and it looks bad, but this is a common problem with most aftermarket wiring harnesses. Everything else about this light is beautiful.

The plug to connect the light bar to the harness was broken so I had to repair myself to be able to make it work. There was no mounting brackets in the box.

Good value but wiring could be a tad longer.

Harness could use a little improvement as connector gets loose easily. I had to tape it all around to keep it from losing contact. Also mounting options could use improvement as well. I mounted it on a prinsu design roofrack with 40 lightbar cut out but it gives me a little room to adjust it lower as it prevent me from doing so because of the limitations of the brackets making contact with the wiring. I prefer the wiring to be at the back instead on the side. Other than that, the lightbar is awesome.

This light is no joke! It has crazy output and definitely lights up the whole road/ trail ahead. Would definitely recommend, a true 10/10.

Good bright bar with amber option.  Really like the ability to run white and amber separately or together.  Only downsides is wish it was a tad brighter but they have another option for that.  Also, wish the cable connection to the light was smaller.  I had to modify my mount a bit to get it to work, but this is probably only an issue for my specific install (Toyota Tacoma lower bumper mount with Cali raised mounts).  Company was great to work with.

Price was unbeatable | A fraction of the cost of other high end light bars and this is still everything I could ever need and more! Great Buy!

This fits perfectly in the lower front grille of my 2020 Chevy Colorado zr2. Love the wireless remote for quick up time. The option to turn on center lights vs outer fog lights is great, can easily use the fog lights on the road.

Seems like a well made light. Only thing is I wish the amber lens covers weren’t so dark, but it’s not that big of a deal

Great price! | I didn’t like where the wiring was connected on the light bar. It made it difficult to attach to my bumper. Therefore it was not compatible with my C4 hybrid bumper. The brackets were also too small to attach to my hybrid bumper.

I did not speak to Extreme LED lightbars for this purchase. I bought a C4 Front bumper and purchased the lightbar through C4. | The lightbar was received and looks to be of high quality. Looking forward to seeing it installed and see how it works.

I love the dual color output options on this bar. Wiring it up was super easy, however I had to remove a little bit of material from one of the mounting brackets for it to work with the main wire coming out of the housing. A little bit of sanding then spray painting it back black and it's working like a dream.

I picked up a new custom bumper for my 2012 4Runner with a light bar cutout. The light bar that was recommended was a 25” x6s which was ordered by my dad as a gift. We installed the bumper a light bar in one day. The light bar was super easy to install do to the clear instructions and plug and play connections I did pick up a different switch do to the cheapness of the one that came with the light bar but am very happy with the out come. The light looks great and is very functional.. great job Extreme Led. I would recommend this product

Excellent | I bought the lights and harness And install was a breeze. I had one little glitch in the harness the lights wouldn’t power up and I found the terminals so loose for the 30 amp fuse it fell out when opened the cover this is a fire hazard. I tightened the terminals and all is good. Otherwise great product!!!
