Some vehicles or aftermarket bumpers will have holes already cutout for LED lights like light bars or light pods. If yours does not feature these cutouts, you will need to create them yourself. Once you have the spot chosen and the lights have been tested, fit the light pod into the cutout and use the provided hardware to secure the pod. Once everything is snug, run the wiring harness from the back of the bumper to the battery and install the switch where desired. Finally, enjoy your new light pods!
LED light pods do produce heat, but it is typically a lot less significant than standard bulbs.
LED light bars are usually longer and provide more light than LED light pods depending on how many you have. Pods are popular due to being able to install these in more places than a light bar and configure a more custom design that suits your build.
