A curved light bar generally has a curved or arched lens shape, which allows a wider and more even spread of light. This may be beneficial in off-road driving or other applications where a wider field of view is preferred. The curved shape of the lens can also help reduce glare and increase visibility in bad weather. On the other hand, a flat light bar usually has a flat or straight lens, which can deliver a more focused beam of light. This can be helpful in applications where precision lighting is required, such as in construction, mining, or search and rescue operations.

Angling an LED light bar can be done by adjusting the mounting brackets that hold the light bar in place. Here are the steps you can follow to angle an LED light bar:

1. Locate the mounting brackets on the light bar. These brackets are usually found on either end of the light bar.
2. Test your Light Bar or Pods: Before installing anything, test that the light bar is working by connecting to a battery, red to positive, black to negative. Connect the light to the wiring harness and test the functions. If you purchased an Extreme harness, the connection on the harness should match your light, If it does not, you may have purchased the wrong harness.
3. 2. Loosen the bolts or screws that hold the brackets in place using a wrench or screwdriver.
4. Adjust the light bar to the apprioriate angle and re-tighten the bolts.
